Read the full FAQWill you throw my things away without asking?
Never. Nothing leaves your garage without your say-so. We sort into Keep, Donate, Relocate and Remove piles and you make every call. If you’re unsure about something, it goes in a “decide later” bin you keep.
Do I need to be home throughout the reset?
For the first hour or two, yes, so we can make the big decisions together. After that most people head out and come back for the walkthrough. We’ll text you if a question comes up.
How long does a reset take?
Timing depends on the garage size, volume, and whether storage systems are installed. Your written quote will set out the expected schedule before work begins.
What happens to donations and junk?
Donations go to a local Calgary charity, and we’ll tell you where. Junk and recycling are hauled or coordinated with a disposal partner. Any landfill fees are listed on your quote.
Do you sell or install shelving?
Yes, on the Reset + Systems package. We recommend only what the space needs and show product costs at cost on your quote. If you already own shelving, we’ll work with it.
What areas do you serve?
All Calgary neighbourhoods. Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere and Okotoks by request.
Are you insured?
Yes. Reclaim Spaces carries liability insurance, and we’re happy to share the certificate before your reset.
