Your booking lands
You pick a date and time on the booking page. Jonathan confirms your date and price with you first — booking itself is free, and nothing is charged until you approve the written quote.
After you book
No surprises on the day. Here is exactly what happens between picking a date and parking in the garage again.
Everything is agreed in writing before we lift a single box.
You pick a date and time on the booking page. Jonathan confirms your date and price with you first — booking itself is free, and nothing is charged until you approve the written quote.
Send a few photos from the doorway or book a quick visit. Jonathan looks at the size of the garage, how much is in it, and what you want the space to become.
A written scope arrives with one price — what's included, what isn't, and the expected schedule. No hourly meter running in the background.
You clear a path to the garage door and set aside anything that must not be touched. Donations and dump runs are our problem, not yours.
The crew arrives when your booking says, and the garage goes to bare floor.
Jonathan walks the space with you, reviews the scope, and confirms today's plan. Anything unclear gets decided here, before work starts.
Everything comes out of the garage so the space can be seen empty for the first time. This is when most people realize why the garage felt impossible.
Every item gets one of four calls — keep, donate, relocate or remove — and you make it. Unsure things go in a “decide later” bin you keep, not a pile we decide about.
Only what stays goes back, in zones you reach for: sports by the door, seasonal overhead, tools at hand. You decide the calls; we do the lifting.
If your quote includes them, shelving, wall rails, bike hooks or overhead racks are installed while the space is empty. Products are sourced at cost and shown on your quote.
The floor is swept and cleared before anything final is placed, so the garage comes back to you genuinely clean.
We don't leave until you've walked the space and the clutter has left the property.
We walk the finished space with you, hand you a simple one-page map of where things live, and adjust anything that needs it.
Donations are dropped at a local charity and junk or recycling is hauled — the clutter is gone, not moved to the curb. Any landfill fees are the ones listed on your quote.
The labeled system is simple enough that the garage still works a year from now — and a seasonal refresh visit is available on the Reset + Systems package.
Pick a date and time, and Jonathan confirms everything with you first.
